We owned the advanced testing equipments, together with the rich experience quality control managers to control the order. Our company have successfully gain the certification of ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004 in the end year of 2011, and built a full set of quality, environment management systems to ensure the normal operation of the system. We strictly follow the process of certification systems to purchase the raw material, control the production process, and inspect the products.
3. The production manufacture and delivery
We have owned with the modern facilities, including: standard full-closed dust-proof workshop, the assemble workshop, injection mold workshop, inspection room, engrave workshop etc; and with the advanced equipments, including 6 semi-automatic printing product line, automatic punches, 5 CNC engraving machine, 1 laser engraver machines, 2 die-cut machine, 3 injection molding machine. Meanwhile we formed a highly efficient manufacture team, with good production atmosphere, which lead us to manufacture and carry out the customer order efficiently.
