BASIC MACHINE EQUIPMENT

1. Equipped with Premium Infrared Sensor to increase the infrared intensity automatically for counting accuracy .

2. Suitable for counting any sizes and shapes of capsules, softgels, tablets,chewing gum , round pills and other solid materials without parts change over.

3. Maximum counting amount is up to 9,999 pcs per container.

4. Equipped with a buffer bucket to blockade the capsules/tablets fallings while containers are moving. This design allows the vibrating feeder continuous running.

5. The counter has three-stage vibrators to infeed tablets or capsules; vibrating frequency adjustable for quick and stable infeeding .

6. Bottles are positioned and changed by air cylinder to ensure accuracy positioning prior to filling to avoid spillage.

7. TOUCH SCREEN CONTROL shows the running condition as well as the self-detection system

8. Equipped with a perforated screen to trap dust or tablet chip by attaching a vacuum cleaner .

9. 15 sets of parameter settings contribute to the production switch friendly and quickly.

10. Stainless steel 304 main machine frame and housing .

11. Easy to dismantle with a minimum amount of parts for clean up.

12. No high-speed moving motion, thus no wearing parts.

13. All product contact parts are made of Stainless steel 316 .

PBGZ-160 DESICCANT SACHET FILLING MACHINE

This machine is used for filling Unit Desiccant Sachet into containers which prevents tablets or capsules humidity.

• Desiccant Sachets adopts Ribbon Type .
• Compact design with enclosed built –in filling system by the plexiglass cover .
• Two blades cut unit desiccant sachet from the ribbon and the sachet fills into the container exactly.
• HMI TOUCH SCREEN CONTROL .
• The machine will pause automatically if the containers are absent or choke in the conveyor belt.
• One conveyor for bottles transmission with speed variator .
