In order to effectively solve the dust problem of the ultra-fine grinder, we should have a detailed understanding of the causes of the dust. Let's take a specific look at the causes of the dust in the ultra-fine grinder.
1.Analysis of dust producing points
The dust source mainly comes from the feed outlet, discharge outlet
and conveying system. After the materials to be processed are
ground by the ultra-fine grinding machine, they are sent to the
next process by the conveyor. In this process, a large amount of
dust will be generated, with a very high concentration. Driven by
the air flow, the dust source will diffuse to the surrounding,
causing serious dust pollution.
2.Cause of dust generation at feed inlet
Superfine grinding machine is not a fully enclosed equipment, in
the process of feeding, it is inevitable to produce dust overflow,
which makes the concentration of dust around the feed port
relatively high.
3.Cause of dust generation at discharge outlet
The stone after grinding needs to enter the conveyor through the
discharge port. Because there is a certain drop between the feed
port and the discharge port, part of the stone will flow into the
air. At the same time, during the movement of the conveyor, the
stone powder will rise and spread around.
In order to effectively solve the dust problem of superfine
pulverizer, it is not only necessary to optimize and improve the
local structure of the equipment, but also to control the dust
source with certain external force to avoid the further diffusion
of dust. A sealing cover is arranged at the source of dust, and a
water spray and dust suction device are arranged at the same time.
a.Two spray nozzles are set at the inlet and outlet respectively.
The direction of the spray nozzle must be reasonable and point to
the dust source.
b.The belt is equipped with water spray device to reduce the dispersion of dust in the conveying process.
c.Replace the damaged sieve plate in time to avoid dust increase caused by material blockage.
