APPLICATION

The Lijiang IG production line uses the latest technology. Its main purpose is to create high-end quality and provide a large number of useful functions, improve production efficiency, save production costs and generate maximum benefits.

Now Lijiang mainly has two hollow lines with different technologies. One (Figure 1) uses a transfer wheel to transport glass, and the other (Figure 2) is a new technology that uses air floatation technology to transport glass. This new technology is to prevent the glass from being contaminated by the wheels and leaving traces, so new technology is adopted to improve the high quality of IG production.

Detailed description

1. Transfer Wheel VS Air Floating Technology

All front and rear transfer wheels move and all move actively. You can guarantee that the large and thick glass passes smoothly.

New Air-Floating technology uses air to support and transport glass. If you wash the glass clean from the washing machine and use air to transport the glass, the glass will not be contaminated. Please make sure the manufactured insulated glass is of the highest quality.

2. The washing machine has a Low-e glass sensor

This sensor is installed in front of the washing machine. It automatically and quickly recognizes the surface of Low-e glass and prevents the glass from falling onto the Low-e surface.

3.The washing machine uses 304 stainless steel materials

The whole washing and drying section adopt 304 stainless steel materials, including the plate and interior spare parts.
