INFINITE™ MT-7600 online all-in-one fully automatic large batch PCBA cleaning machine is designed for cleaning residual rosin flux on the PCBA surface. This machine is capable of removing no-clean flux, water-soluble flux, and solder paste. It is widely used in automotive electronics, military industry, aviation, aerospace, medical, LED, smart instrument, and other industries. This machine is suitable for centralized cleaning of large quantities of ultra-precision PCBA with a great cleaning efficiency and cleaning effect. MT-7600 online cleaning machine is equipped with a rinse resistivity monitoring system, with a measurement range of 0-18MΩ, to detect the ion concentration of rinse DI water.

2. The large-flow cleaning method can effectively remove organic and inorganic pollutants on the PCBA surface.

3. Pre-cleaning, cleaning, chemical isolation, pre-rinsing, chemical isolation, rinsing one, rinsing two, and finally spray rinsing, wind cutting, and infrared hot air drying processes are completed in order.

4. The cleaning fluid is automatically added; DI water uses the back-end overflow mode to automatically replenish and update the DI water.

5. Up and down spray cleaning method, the pressure of the cleaning fluid can be adjusted on the software, completely relieve the trouble of different PCBA pressure adjustment.

6. The spray pressure of the chemical liquid and DI water can reach 80PSI, which can completely penetrate into the bottom gap of PCBA and clean thoroughly.

7. Ultra-precision, multiple nozzle configurations, taking into account cleaning pressure and flow; optional liquid knife and water knife, penetrate the bottom of BGA.

8. The machine is equipped with a rinse resistivity monitoring system, with a measurement range of 0-18MΩ, to detect the ion concentration of rinse DI water.

9. Air knife wind cutting + super long infrared hot air circulation drying system.

10. PCB flat mesh belt conveyor system, stable transmission.

11. PLC control system, Chinese/English operation interface, the program is convenient to set, change, store, and call.

12. All SUS304 stainless steel body, pipes, and parts are durable, resistant to acid, alkali, and other cleaning fluids.
