Introduction
• Hastelloy C22 (N06022) is a nickel-based high temperature alloy composed of nickel, molybdenum,
cobalt, tungsten and other elements, containing about 60% of nickel.It is an all-around ni-cr molybdenum
tungsten alloy with better overall corrosion resistance than other existing ni-cr molybdenum alloys, including
Hastelloy c-276, C4 alloy and 625 alloy.Hastelloy C22 alloy has good resistance to pitting, crack corrosion
and stress corrosion cracking.It has excellent antioxidant capacity in water media, including wet chlorine,
nitric acid, or mixed acids of oxidizing acids containing chloride ions.
• Meanwhile, Hastelloy C22 (N06022) hardener alloy also has the ability of reducing and oxidizing
environment encountered in the ideal resistance process.With this versatile capability, it can be used in
a number of troublesome environments, or in multiple production plants.Hastelloy C22 (N06022) alloy
has abnormal resistance to various chemical environments, including strong oxidizing substances, such
as iron chloride, copper chloride, chlorine, and heat pollution dissolution.Liquid (organic and inorganic),
formic acid, acetic acid, acetic anhydride, seawater and salt solutions.Hastelloy C22 (N06022) alloy has
the ability to resist the formation of grain boundary precipitation in the weld thermal influence zone, which
enables it to adapt to many chemical processes in the welding state.

Hastelloy C22 alloy is a versatile nickel-chromium-molybdenum tungsten alloy, which has better overall
