Mechanical mirror polishing is a process of polishing (rough grinding, fine grinding) and polishing (WENDT three-step polishing) on metal materials to achieve a smooth and bright mirror like surface.

The purpose of polishing is to obtain a flat and smooth surface. At this time, the grinding surface also left very fine and uniform wear marks. Polishing is divided into coarse grinding and fine grinding two kinds.

1. Rough grinding is the modification of rough surfaces and irregular shapes.

2. There are still deep marks on the surface of the metal after coarse grinding, which need to be eliminated in fine grinding in preparation for polishing.
