1000kg/h used PET bottle washing recycling machine line with hot
washer and friction washing
Function:
To separate PET bottles to flakes from PE/ PP label, cap, oil,
garbage, protect the environment, avoid white pollution.
This recycling line is composed of separator, crusher, cold & hot
washing system, dewatering, drying, packing system, etc.
This PET bottle flakes crushing, recycling and washing production
line can easily wash and recycle waste PET bottle flakes. Waste and
dirty PET bottle flakes can be treated step by step by this
recycling machine. It is special for washing PET bottles flakes. We
can help to attach equipment at the end of the washing line so that
the completely dry flakes can be collected and packed directly
after being washed.
The whole production line can be designed on the basis of how dirty
the PET flakes are, and make sure of the quality of the final
products.
Coordinating the production line with follow programmed work
(granulating system), and it will make waste and dirty PET bottles
to be the PET granule material and in order to producing new PET
bottles.
The whole 1000kg/h used PET bottle washing recycling line line includes
1) Belt Conveyor: The materials go into the crusher by the crawler
belt which is moved by inside scroll wheel.
2) Lable Seperator: Remove the label from the bottles.
3) Manual Sorting Belt: If the label still in the bottle, worker
can remove the label by hand. And can separate the different color
by hand.
4) Belt Conveyor: The materials go into the crusher by the crawler

5) Crusher: Crush the material.
6) Screw Loader: Put the flakes into the Hot washer to clean.
7) Hot Washer: If the bottle is very dirty, like oil, sand, it must
be use hot washer.
8) Screw Loader: Put the flakes into the High-speed Friction Washer
to clean.
9) High-speed Friction Washer: After crushing material from enters
the mouth, through the high speed on the axis of the blade flap and
spray water to the common function of good cleaning effect.
10) Floating Washer 1: It used in cleaning pet flakes, make the
flakes more net and more white. Also is the necessary equipment of
the bottle and bottle cap.
11) Floating Washer 2: It used in cleaning pet flakes, make the

12) Dewatering: Rejection the water from the flakes, moisture
content is less than 2%.

Purpose and meaning:
1000kg/h used PET bottle washing recycling line is our company
absorbed foreign advanced technology and developed our own design
and manufacturing. The device is divided into unpacking, washing,
sorting, detecting metal, crushing, floating washing, hot washing,
rubbing, rinsing, dehydration, drying and packaging process steps.
The equipment to produce high quality PET bottle flakes, PET can be
recycled for the production of polyester filament products such as
PET and other related products, completely changed previously
history that recycled PET bottle chip can only do recycled
polyester staple fiber filament can not do. The complete production
line design process is reasonable, a high degree of mechanization,
less investment, easy maintenance.
The working principles and characteristics:
1. It can be realized automatically unpacked bottle brick
machinery, and by continuous washing can be sand, cleaned of
impurities, also remove the PE labels, paper labels and some PVC
labels, then it makes the continuous washing in bottle recycling
process more easily, and better utilization.

3. Designed for PET bottle crushing mill, with a smooth feed,
output stability, low power consumption with vibration, low noise
level, and the structure is strong, low maintenance, long life
characteristics. In wet grinding, in addition to the use of water
strengthen the impact of PET debris to improve cleaning effect, and
because the cooling effect of water can lower the friction heat,
reduce the PET debris, extended knives' life;
4. The purpose of floating washing, hot washing, rubbing and
rinsing of PET bottle is for the final purification PET flakes. The
machine is mainly relied on three washing force: mechanical,
chemical and thermal power, remove the film of the trademark label
in bottles, bottle caps, glue, medicine, and other impurities,
