Features:

• First step machine in H beam production line.

• 9 sets of strip flame torches and 2 sets of CNC flame torches as standard, also can equip with 1 set of CNC flame torch and 1 set of CNC plasma torch according to customer’s selection.

• Adopt both Chinese and USA Hypertherm CNC system according to customer’s selection.

• Both driving end and cross beams adopt box-beam welding structure whose stress has been relieved, it features compact structure, light weight, good rigidity, small deformation and artistic appearance. .

• The driving of the main longitudinal end beam and moving of transverse torch adopts Japan Panasonic servo driver and motor which drives Japan SHIMPO reducer through rack-and-pinion gearing.

• Automatic igniter and height controller of torch can be chosen according to customer’s requirement, with convenient operation.

• Flexible cutting size available or customize according to customer's needs.
