1. 4. The production license system shall be implemented for the design, manufacture, installation, modification, inspection, and testing of boilers.

6. Steam boiler products must be accompanied by technical information related to safety when they leave the factory. The contents should include:
1. Boiler drawings (including general drawings, installation drawings, and main pressure-receiving parts drawings);
2. The strength calculation book or calculation result in a summary table of the pressure component;
3. A summary of the calculation book or calculation results of the safety valve emissions;
4. Boiler quality certificate (including factory certificate, metal material certificate, welding quality certificate, and hydraulic test certificate);
5. Boiler installation instructions and instructions for use;
6. Major design change data for pressure components.
