The characteristic of wood grain aluminum alloy door window
Wood grain transfer printing material refers to the powder coating
or, on the basis of electrophoretic paint, based on the principle
of the high temperature sublimation heat penetration, by heat,
pressure, the grain pattern on the transfer paper, or printing
film, rapid transfer and infiltrate the profiles on the spraying or
electrophoresis. It is the ideal energy-saving and environmental
protection material that replaces traditional wood.
The wood grain has a strong adhesion to aluminum, non-toxic,
odorless, easy to clean. The product line is clear and vivid, the
stereo feeling is strong, the appearance adornment effect is good,

effect of nature. The coating on the surface of the aluminum
extruding material is not volatile in the air, not oxidized, no

Process 1: apply to large area or foreign base material
Suitable for large area or heteroform substrate
Step 1: select the substrate that has been sprayed or
electrophorated
Step 2: use a wood print heat transfer paper to cover the base
material that has been reprinted, the interface of the paper with
high temperature resistant adhesive paper, in case the wood grain
heat transfer paper is loosened. (note: the front of the wood print
heat transfer paper is attached to the face of the reprinted
substrate.)

transfer printing temperature is 160 ~ 180 ℃, time of 18 ~ 25
seconds
Step 4: tear down the heat transfer paper and transfer the film

Step 1: select the substrate that has been sprayed or
electrophorated
Step 2: use the PET heat transfer film to cover the substrate, and
seal the PET heat transfer film into a tube bag with an ultrasonic
sealer. (note: the PET heat transfer film face has to be reprinted
on the front of the reprinted substrate.)
Step 3: take vacuum from two ends of the tube PET heat transfer
membrane, until the PET heat transfer film is fully and effectively
adhered to the substrate. The negative pressure size of the vacuum
should be adjusted according to the characteristics of the
reprinted substrate and the negative pressure of the PET heat
transfer film, usually between 0.3 and 0.8 Mpa
Step 4: wrap has good base material sent to the oven to bake, the
length of the baking temperature and time should be according to
the characteristics of the transfer printing substrate, to transfer
the texture depth and comprehensive factors such as specific
performance of oven do appropriate adjustments, often transfer
printing temperature is 160 ~ 160 ℃, time is 5 ~ 8 minutes
