1) Can be designed for vacuum or pressurized operation.

5) Discharge valve: ball valve, butterfly valve, and gate valve can be chosen.

6) Liquid spraying device can be configured.

7) Add a chopping device, that can chop any size of polymer to meet the requirements of the process.

1) Cantilevered shaft structure, bearing end not in contact with the material.

2) Very low clearance between the mixing paddle and vessel wall to prevent the material from sticking.

3) Standardized mixing drive box to ensure stable operation and low maintenance costs.

4) Suitable shaft seal construction for each application, with the shaft seal mounted away from the product to ensure that

the tried and tested CLARE MIXERS standard agitator seals are well utilized.

5) GMP-compliant equipment design - special geometries of O-rings, high-quality equipment finishes, and elimination of dead

space.
