1. Equipment Description

Zero Dynamic’s Two Station Clean Energy Motor Rotor Automatic Balancing Machine EV Motor Rotor Balancer is a two-station automatic balancing machine specially designed for new energy automobile motor rotor. The measuring device has anti-magnetic function and the equipment has fully enclosed protective hood, and is equipped with powerful software.

Zero Dynamic’s Two Station Clean Energy Motor Rotor Automatic Balancing Machine EV Motor Rotor Balancer is suitable for dynamic balancing measurement & automatic correction of rotors with weight 10-50kg, diameter range φ130-φ260mm, length 220-550mm, balancing speed 800-4000rpm±0.5% (servo-driven). The main body of the machine is cast iron frame structure, the dynamic balancing bracket is made of 304 stainless steel anti-magnetic material, the roller bracket holder fixes the motor, the automatic correction is fixed with cylinders at both ends, and the drilling correction is done directly according to the unbalance value and angle shown by the measuring software. High-power hoover ensures that the drilling fillings will not splash outwards. The equipment mainly contains a set of dynamic balancing bracket, two sets of servo power head feeding and correction device (i.e., two ends are drilled respectively), cylinder holding device, drilling mobile device and hoover machine. The equipment is protected by protective cover during the working process, abnormal alarm light prompts, and the end of a single piece is prompted by an indicator light. Allowed drilling material is aluminium, copper, stainless steel. The minimum attainable residual unbalance emar is <0.2g.mm/kg, the unbalance reduction rate is ≥90%.
