※Introduction

XT continuous fryer is mainly used for continuous processing of nuts, peanuts, meat, aquatic products, pasta, vegetables and other foods. The equipment is mainly composed of transmission system, oil tank system, temperature control system, slag discharge system, automatic oil replenishment system and other parts. It adopts stainless steel 304 food grade structure, which is hygienic and safe.

The mesh belt continuous fryer controls the circulation loop of the oil pump and oil filter system through PLC, and exchanges heat through the heat transfer oil heat exchanger. It can control the oil volume of the three oil inlets, control the frying oil temperature zone, and adjust various frying processes. When the material moves on the double-layer mesh belt, it is fully in contact with the hot oil in the fryer. The material moves forward through the movement of the mesh belt and scraper, and the upper and lower mesh belts drive the material forward at the same time.
