Steel Pipe Insulation Line with Integrated Rust Remover or The vacuum calibration polyurethane insulation pipe is a kind of high efficiency pre insulated pipe. It is mainly composed of working steel pipe, PU insulation layer, plastic outer protective pipe and other parts. The working steel pipe is in the innermost layer and assumes the conveying medium(For example: hot water, steam) function. In the middle there is a PU insulation layer, playing the role of heat preservation and insulation, which can effectively reduce heat loss. The outermost layer is a plastic outer protective tube, usually made of materials such as high-density PE. Haul-off machine

Is mainly composed of driving device, caterpillar, clamping structure, adjusting system, side plate and foundation bed. Haul-off caterpillars are?driven by AC motor with frequency conversion control to adapt to different extrusion speed.

Cutback machine This device is used to remove pipe-end coating layer and then form a groove whose angle is below 30°, in order to joint easily.It is double-head high-efficient cutback machine. It is composed of steel brush, polishing motor, moving trolley, high efficiency dust collector etc.It is also equipped with lifting rotation roller, rocker arm etc.

Control system PLC
The complete line could be controlled by PLC, with good human-machine interface, all technical parameters could be set and indicated by touching screen. Controlling system can be designed according to customers' requirements.

Vacuum calibration tank is mainly composed of frame, stainless steel tank, vacuum system, spray cooling system, position adjustment device. The vacuum pump exhausts the air from the sealed tank to pressurize the fresh pipe cling to calibrating copper sleeve and to calibrate the outer diameter. Spray nozzles spray cooling water from all directions on pipe surface to cool down the pipe promptly.

6. Guarantee and after service

The guarantee period is 12 months from the date of installing, but no more than 14 months from the date of delivery. After this period we are obliged to provide with lifelong service at the expense of Buyer.

During the warranty period we are responsible to provide trouble shootings and help the customer to solve the problems, provide spare parts which are broken, except breakings caused by the Buyer.

We will provide the technical service train the workers from the buyers for free.

We can also send technicians to the buyer's companies abroad for help installation and testing the lines. But the buyer shall pay for the round trip tickets, accommodation, transportation, medicine treatment and insurance of the technicians in foreign countries and some salary accordingly.
