Introduction:

Welding Methods:

2. Embedment (insertion) method: Nuts or other metals are to be inserted into plastic workpieces. After solidification, the embedding is completed.

4. Spot welding method: Use a small welding head to spot weld two large plastic products, or press a row of toothed welding heads directly on two plastic workpieces to achieve the effect of spot welding.

5. Molding Forming method: Use ultrasound to melt and shape the plastic workpiece instantly, and when the plastic solidifies, it can make the metal or other plastics firm.

6. Cutting method: Using the special design of the welding head and the base, when the plastic workpiece is just ejected, it is directly pressed on the plastic branches and stems, and the cutting effect is achieved through ultrasonic conduction.
