ABB AO810V2 is a high-performance 8-channel analog output module, specifically designed for ABB AC 800M automation control systems and S800 I/O series remote stations. Installation and wiring instructions
Installation base: Insert the AO810V2 into the TB820V1 (screw terminal) or TB840A (spring terminal) base.
Wiring specification
Current output: Connect to the positive and negative terminals of the load, and pay attention to the polarity
Voltage output: Use shielded cables, with the shield layer grounded at a single point
Configuration Settings: In Control Builder M, select the output type (mA/V), range and engineering unit for each channel.
Diagnostic function: Supports open-circuit detection (only available in 4-20mA mode). When a fault occurs, the ERR light will turn on and report to the controller.
