Working principle:
Relying on the synergy of vacuum negative pressure adsorption and
continuous rotation of the drum, the filter cake formed by the drum
in the starch slurry completes the whole process of adsorption,
dewatering and scraping in turn with the drum movement. The vacuum
system provides stable negative pressure throughout the process,
and with the continuous operation design of the equipment, there is
no shutdown and material change link. At the same time, the sealing
structure of the full stainless steel drum and cavity ensures the
stability of the negative pressure environment, realizing the
continuous solid-liquid separation of starch slurry and adapting to
the uninterrupted operation needs of starch production lines.
