The integrated glue spraying machine automatic conveyor line is a combined production unit that deeply integrates a precision glue spraying host with an automated conveyor system. Its core structure consists of a glue spraying mechanism, a transmission conveyor mechanism, a glue supply system, an automatic cleaning system, and a PLC electrical control system. The equipment adopts an integrated design concept, seamlessly connecting the glue spraying operation with the sheet conveying, forming a continuous assembly line operation mode of "feeding conveying glue spraying output". The glue spraying mechanism is installed on the bracket, and the glue spraying head is driven by a bevel gear set and a crank connecting rod mechanism to achieve lateral reciprocating motion, forming a uniform and continuous glue curtain covering the surface of the board. The adhesive supply system adopts a high viscosity adhesive pump, which is suitable for various adhesives such as polyurethane adhesive and epoxy resin adhesive. The adhesive viscosity is widely applicable. The whole machine adopts PLC touch screen human-machine interface control, with a simple and intuitive operation interface. It can preset glue spraying range, glue spraying speed, glue quantity parameters, etc., achieving intelligent operation of "controllable glue spraying range, stable performance, and easy cleaning". The equipment is equipped with a glue spraying room, a water spray system, a workpiece positioning system, and an automatic cleaning device, which solves the problem of traditional glue spraying equipment being prone to blockage.
