Introduction:

Container reach crane, referred to as reach crane, commonly known as container reach stacker or reach stacker. Container reach crane is a kind of crane used for loading and unloading containers, which belongs to a kind of lifting equipment, and can also be said to be a kind of mobile machinery. Container reach cranes are specially designed for 20-foot and 40-foot international containers, and are mainly used for container stacking and horizontal transportation in docks and stackyards. The pressure is lower, the number of stacking layers is high, and the utilization rate of the stacking plant is high. Cross-box operation is possible. It is especially used for container loading and unloading in small and medium-sized ports, railway stations and highway stations, and can also be used as auxiliary equipment in large container terminals.

Structure:

The container front crane is composed of three parts: construction machinery chassis, telescopic boom and container spreader.

• The chassis has engine, power shift gearbox, front axle, rear axle, steering system, cab, frame, counterweight, wheels and other components;
• The telescopic boom has telescopic cylinder, pitch cylinder, boom and other components;
• The container crane has a rotating mechanism, an upper frame, a connecting frame, a bottom frame, a telescopic frame, a telescopic cylinder, an anti-sway cylinder, a side-shifting cylinder, a twist-locking cylinder and other components.

Function:

The container reach crane has a retractable and left-right rotating container spreader, which can be used for 20-foot and 40-foot container loading and unloading operations. When hoisting a container, the reach stacker does not have to be perpendicular to the container, but can operate at an angle with the container. After lifting, the spreader can be rotated to pass through narrow passages. At the same time, the spreader can be moved 800mm left and right to facilitate the box alignment during hoisting and improve work efficiency. For freight stations with poor site conditions, the reach crane can also work normally.
The telescopic boom can be loaded and luffed. The take-off and landing of the container is completed by the boom telescopic and luffing. When the boom is extended and the pitching cylinder is extended, the lifting speed is faster, and it is locked at the same time when falling. Enter, you can get a faster descent speed. During operation, the whole vehicle can be moved, luffed, and boom telescopic at the same time, with high work efficiency.

Workflow:

• Unload the container on the truck;
• Stack the containers high in the container yard;
• Grab the container and move it to the desired place;
• Load the container from the yard to the car.
